DNTU attended the workshop “Cooperation between Universities and Enterprises in 2022” – held by Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Ho Chi Minh City

Dong Nai Technology University attended the meeting “Cooperation between Universities and Enterprises in 2022” on August 19, 2022, which was held in Ho Chi Minh City and sponsored by the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office.

In order to meet the demand for human resources, it is important to create a forum for communication between Taiwanese enterprises and educational institutions while also fostering bilateral exchange cooperation and helping students seek employment. Using the enterprise’s human resources, conditions are being created for students to be exposed to a learning environment, training that meets international standards, and contact with Taiwan’s rich cultural diversity.

The workshop was attended by Ms. Ou Chi Hsi – Secretary of Education Department – Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Han Kuo Yao – Chairman of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Chien Chih Ming – General President of Taiwan General Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam.

Representative of Dong Nai Technology University with PhDs. Phan Vo Quynh Nhu – Vice President of the University, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thuat – Head of Business Relations Department of the University. Together with representatives of agencies, departments, universities, colleges in Vietnam and Taiwanese businesses.

Additionally during this time, Dong Nai Technology University also met up and talked with businesses to establish connections and introduce highest human resources who are top-notch students to Taiwanese companies in search of internship and work possibilities. Currently, the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Dong Nai Technology University is training 03 majors in Chinese Language, Oriental Studies, and English Language. The language majors of the University are always highly appreciated by businesses and employers for their expertise, attitude and dynamism.

In the coming time, DNTU will welcome the delegation of National Pingtung University (Taiwan) to strengthen the connection of educational cooperation programs, introduce jobs for students as well as meeting Mr. Hsien Wen Chu – Executive Director of Chen Yung Vietnam Charity Association for the purpose of awarding scholarships to students of the University,…
